Is the sum amount paid by the registered user for any good or service provided by Midnight Its Almost (MIA). The minimum Purchasing Power Amount (PPA) is this sum of all purchases over the previous one year. The maximum Purchasing Power Amount (PPA) is the sum of all purchases over the previous three years
The Loan Amount (LA) is the Purchasing Power Amount (PPA) that can be loaned to a registered user to obtain a good or service provided by MIA.
The repayment amount (RA) is the Loaned Amount (LA) multiplied by one point one (10%), and done so only once.
Example LA * 1.1 = RA
Additional Percentage Cost (APC)
The Additional Percentage Cost (APC) is the Loaned Amount (LA) divided by the Purchasing Power Amount (PPA).
Example RA / PPA = APC
Good or Service Cost (GSC)
The Good or Service Cost (GSC) is the monetary value of any good or service provided by MIA.
Adjusted Good or Service Cost (AGSC)
The Adjusted Good or Service Cost (AGSC) is the Good or Service Cost (GSC) multiplied by the Additional Percentage Cost (APC) then added to the original Good or Service Cost (GSC).
Example: GSC * (1 + APC) = AGSC
The Adjusted Good or Service Cost (AGSC) is required by the registered user to pay off the Loan Amount (LA).
Usage shown below
Repayment Formula
LA * 1.10 = RA
RA / PPA = APC
GSC * (1 + APC) = AGSC
Practical Example
LA = 300 and PPA = 1000
LA * 1.1 = RA
300 * 1.1 = 330
RA = 330
The Registrant has been given a loan of 300. The Registrant will pay back 330.
RA / PPA = APC
330 / 1000 = 0.33
APC = 0.33
GSC = 5
This is the cost of a product or one of the payments of a service.
GSC * (1 + APC) = AGSC
5 * (1 + 0.33) = 6.65
AGSC = 6.65
This is how much more the product will cost or how much more one payment will be.
New RA = 328.35
The loan will be reduced by 1.65, in this example the remaining loan amount will be 328.35.
