Midnight, Its Almost is referred to as the “organization” in this following policy. These are the consequences of any offence made against the organization, by a registered user.

 

Within the registration agreement are a list of guidelines that registered users must agree to. An offence is the breaking one of these guidelines in, on or within a organizational areas.

 

These are the organizational areas registered users are bound to in this agreement are, organizational property, conducting organizational business, or on organizational time.

 

These are defined as follows,

 

Organizational Property, is anything or any location owned or leased by the organization.

 

Conducting Organizational Business, is anytime organizational business information is exchanged.

 

Organizational Time, is anytime given to access a service provided by the organization.

 

The punishment of an offence for a registered user, is that they are denied the purchase of any device and are denied access to any service provided by the organization for a set time limit that is then followed by a probationary time limit.

 

Should the this "registered user offender" have monies within their account, as managed by the organization, they are given a one time access, to withdraw all monies from their account.

 

At First Offence the organization denies all purchases of any device sold by the organization or the use and or access of any service provided by the organization, for seventy two hours. Followed by a probational time of two hundred and sixteen hours.

 

The probation time is the denied time limit multiplied by three

 

Should a registered user commit another offence while on this probational time, then this next denial time limit is multiplied by three. This multiplication formula continues on forever. Once the "registered user offender" completes the required probational time limit with no offences, their record of offences is erased.
