The registration process is done by any suitable registration device.
A suitable registration device is capable of;
1. Digitally scanning a human thumb print.
2. Sending and Receiving a audible human voice.
3. Sending the above to MIA.
Such devices are touch screen cellular phones, or any computer with a touch screen and has internet access.
Registration process begins with approved MIA application.
1. An animated image of a spread human hand is displayed on the touch screen. The animated image folds four index fingers making the closed palm of a hand, exposing the thumb. Then an image of a human thumb print is displayed for 5 seconds. After this 5 second delay, the animation begins again.
Activation, when the user has been identified as registered.
2. Once step 1 has identified the user as registered, a voice is heard in the users pre registered language, saying “The Device is ready for use”.
Registration, when the user has not been identified as registered.
2. Once step 1 has identified the user has not been registered, a human voice is heard from the devices speaker. Saying “What is your name” while displaying these written words on the touch screen
The Registrant may choose any (non profane) word or words to be considered their ‘name’. A name may only be changed after three years with no offences against MIA
-OR-
In the case of the Registrants personal safety, as explained too and then determined by MIA.
These words are communicated in the language of the largest known populace of that geographical location. After pausing for 3 seconds, the words are communicated again in the next likely language for that area, continuing through all known languages.
3.Once step 2 is achieved, the touch screen is divided into two displayed horizontal images. The top image is the registration agreement along with a scroll for viewing the entire document. The bottom image has two buttons, Deny (displayed in red) and Accept (displayed in green).
4.Once step 3 has been accepted, a human voice is heard in the users, now determined language, saying
“You are now registered with Midnight its Almost”
and if activation is needed for a device
“The Device is ready for use”.
